Leadership Training is one of the greatest challenges in Africa is a lack of proper leadership,equipping them and empowerment. Few act with integrity and leaders are rarely self sacrificing for the sake of others.
The shortage of leadership goes right from the individual family to the national government. Through church programmes (‘true comers, followers and servers) is Wycliffe’s women and child development projects) and also for church leaders encouraging involvement in for example the Christ workers leadership summit.
Our youth ministry also focuses on raising leaders from within. We encourage pastors to attend bible college where people are empowered in the shortest time to serve in ministry.
